GRFitness Personal Training York
With GRFitness Personal Training, I will guide you through your carefully designed training sessions on a 1-2-1 basis as well as provide you with all the support you need outside of our sessions. Frequency and duration of sessions will be agreed after our initial discussions.

- A personalised training programme that is tailored to your individual goals, your biomechanics, and takes into account any injuries you may have.
- A personalised nutrition programme that will contain your calorie and macronutrient targets (protein, carbohydrates and fat) for each day, micro-nutrition goals for each day, recommendations for water and salt intake, as well as the rationale behind the programme. Your dietary requirements will also be taken into account.
- Direct access to myself for all your 'burning' questions via a simple messaging system.
GRFitness Online Coaching
GRFitness Online Coaching delivers the results you’ve always wanted, irrespective of your current fitness level or location in the world. You will receive personalised training and nutritional protocols, supported by direct access to me through WhatsApp, along with weekly detailed video feedback.
